Do you provide International delivery?

How do I return an item?
Due to items being custom-designed, we do not accept any returns nor exchanges.
What is your return policy?
Due to items being custom-designed, we do not accept any return nor exchanges. You do have the option to add postal insurance on your items, in case of any damage that was caused by the mail carriers. We take pictures of our items prior to shipping and depending on the item, we will send a picture to the customer so that they can see the final product and the condition of the items before they are mailed.
How do I track my order?
Tracking will be emailed as soon as items are shipped.
What are your delivery options and processing time?
We deliver through USPS and UPS depending on the size of the item. Depending on the Items, processing time can range from 3-5 business days and 2-4 weeks. Larger items or quantities processing time will differ.
Custom orders will be processed in 2-4 weeks. Delivery times depend on location and postal carrier. The reason for this time needed is to allow our vendors to supply any materials we need to process the order. Any delay that may occur, we will reach out to let you know what the hold up is. We are a small business and we only keep a limited amount of blanks in stock and will order as needed. (Please note that if we have the items in stock, the processing time will be less.)
